I just wanted to say a personal thank you to you and all the team at the Grande Real Santa Eulália Resort & SPA for helping to make the recent Capital Bank Leisure Incentive Group such a resounding success. I did not recall hearing one negative comment about the hotel, all the guests simply loved it. The high quality of the hotel itself was enhanced by the friendly and attentive staff for whom nothing seemed to be too much trouble. From my point of view as organizer, everything behind the scenes was just as smooth and efficient and it was a real pleasure working with you. If only all hotels were as good.

I have just returned from my stay in the Algarve and wanted to say how fabulous everything was in the Hotel Grande Real Santa Eulália.
I am delighted to have been on the receiving end of such superb service from your staff. Considering just how many of us passed through the Hotel last week, everything was extremely well organized and all of us left equally impressed.
