Beef burger in a bed of sautéed turnip tops, fried onion, with bacon and cumin garnished with cheddar au gratin and quail egg served in a brioche bun and sweet potatoes chips + 1 Artisanal beer

This burger will be present in the menu until 30th April. After that date the Maldeçoade Artisanal Burger House will present a monthly new burger. Stay tuned.
