[ 7 ] In the field observations shall state the date and time you want to take advantage of treatment(s). The reservation treatment is not carried out in real time. After sending request, the SPA will check availability and respond within a maximum period of 36 hours.

Conditions and Cancellation Policy:

Programme subject to prior booking and the availability of the selected hotel and Spa. Not accumulable with other offers. This programme can be changed without prior notice. All rates included (except Cascais Municipal Taxes).

Cancellation policy of the accommodation:
1. The cancellation policy of the selected price is applicable (check in the booking process)
2. If the Spa does not have availability to perform the treatment(s) in the period of stay you may cancel your stay reservation without any cost, regardless of the selected rate.

Cancellation policy of the SPA:
Cancellations or alterations of date up to 48 hours in advance are exempt from costs. Cancellations after this period shall be charged at 50% of the booked.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance shall be charged at the full value of the treatment.

Note: The use of a swimming cap is mandatory. If you do not have a cap you can buy it at Real Spa Therapy.

Note: The Cascais City Council has introduced, from the 1^st May 2019, a city tax on all hotels, applicable to all guests from 13 years old, a fee of €2,00 per person/ per night up to a maximum of €14,00 per person/ per stay. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in/check-out by the guest.
