All changes and cancellations informed less than 72h before the day of arrival we will charge 100% of total stay. In case of ‘no-show’ will be charged 100% of the total stay.

Olhão Municipal Taxes:
Olhão City Council has introduced, from the 19th June of 2023 onwards, a city tax with the value of two euros during the high season (from April 1st to October 31st) and one euro during the low season (from November 1st to March 31st). The tourist tax is paid per person aged 16 and above and per overnight stay, up to a limit of five nights per stay. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in by the guest.
